Cheesecake Factory Shrimp Scampi copycat Recipe
Here is what we had for dinner Yesterday, a delicious shrimp scampi. If you are a shrimp lover like my family, you might want to try this recipe.
Ingredients
1 -2 lb fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined, and butterflied
1 lb angel hair pasta
1 diced tomato
6 -8 whole garlic cloves
1 shallot, diced
2 pint heavy cream
olive oil
5 -7 leaves fresh basil
1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
parsley
For the Shrimps:
milk
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Russian Cake “Mashenka”
I love condensed milk, specially in the cakes. When I found this recipe on Pinterest, I immediately wanted to try it. To tell you the truth I never had a cake that has condensed milk in the batter. It turned out to be one of the yummiest cakes. It was super easy to make too. =)
INGREDIENTS
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
2 tbs vinegar or lemon juice
Cream:
300 g sour cream
¾ cup sugar
1/3 cup liquor ( I used 2tbs of Rum)
115 g Dark Chocolate, grated
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
2 tbs vinegar or lemon juice
Cream:

¾ cup sugar

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

Ingredients
1 large banana1 stick of butter (softened in microwave)
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of quick oats
1 cup of white flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix with a mixer all met ingridients
Mix with a spoon all dry ingredients
Combine and mix with a mixer all ingredients
Bake for 10-12 min

Tiramisu Cake Recipe
This recipe I found at Natashaskitchen.com, her recipes are amazing from appetizers to desserts, she has one of the best recipes. I seriously want to try all of her recipes.... So if you have a min go check her blog. =)
Anyways this cake recipe is so easy to make and it is soooo delicious =)
Ingredients for Biskvit Cake:
6 large eggs, room temp
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for Tiramisu Frosting:
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, very cold
1 (8oz) stick cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
Ingredients for Tiramisu Coffee Syrup & Topping:
1 1/2 cups Strong coffee, room temperature or cold
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp rum
1 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder for dusting the finished cake

Zuppa Toscana Soup Copycat Recipe from Olive Garden
This soup is one of my favorite soups. Its super easy to make and it is a perfect soup for a rainy or snowy days!!!
Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage Mild
2 large russet baking potatoes, sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups kale or 2 cups swiss chard, chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 quart water
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Nutella Banana and Oats Cookies
Here is one recipe my whole family approved. I think by far eating oats inside the cookies is so much yummier that way!!! Hope you will like this recipe too!!! =)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp.salt
3/4 cup shortening (I used butter)
2 large mashed ripe bananas
1 egg
1 3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup Nutella
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp.baking soda

Delicious Apple Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread
Here is what I made yesterday, it's an Apple Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread. After it was done baking, it was gone in seconds, I didn't had a chance to take a better pic. =) But honestly it was really delicious, I will be making it again very soon. ( Hopefully next time I'll take a better pic)
For the filling:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium apples (about 2 cups), peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
For the dough:
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups Flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups Flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk

Panera Bread Copycat: Creamy Chicken And Rice Soup Recipe
It has been really cold lately, here in Washington. All this cold weather makes me want to crave a hot bowl of a cream soup. Here is a new recipe I discovered today. It's called Creamy Chicken and Rice soup. It's a copycat recipe from Panera Bread Restaurant. I haven't tried it at the restaurant yet, but I will try it next time I go there, because it is sooooo Delicious!!! Perfect soup for a cold day!!!
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups chicken broth
2 boneless chicken breast halves (fried and cubed)
1/2 cup of rice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter (12 tbsp. or a stick and a half)
1 cup carrot, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
3 cups light cream (I used 1 cup of heavy whipping cream mixed with 2 cups of water)
Mrs. Dash seasoning (optional)
salt to taste
Ham for topping

Golupzi Recipe
This here is one of my family's favorite dishes!!! It's called Golupzi, or cabbage wraps. And here is one of my favorite recipes!!! Hope you like it too!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef
1 Lettuce Head
1 grated carrot
1 medium onion cubed
Parsley
1/2 cup rice (cooked for just 5 min)
2 cloves of garlic
Tomato sauce
Sour Cream
2 cups of broth ( I used homemade chicken broth)
