EASY Beef Stroganoff recipe =)

Ingredients:

500g Lean Beef Strips
Salt and Pepper
280g of Tomato Paste

2 Teaspoons of Mixed Dried Herbs
1 Onion
8 Button Mushrooms
2 Cups of Beef Stock
2 Cups of Cold Water
Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
Boiled Rice
