Poppy Seed Rugelachs Recipe


I think this by far my favorite poppy seed rugelachs recipe.  It's really easy to make and they taste so delicious!!!


8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 sticks of butter, softened
1 yolk
2 Tablespoons of water
2 cups flour
Poppy seed filling
powdered sugar, for dusting the pastries
