Appetizing Crepes With Meat Filling recipe

Crepes:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup water
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Meat Filling:
5 cups cooked meat, Pulled Pork (you can also use beef or chicken)
1/2 Tablespoon butter
1-2 onions, finely chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, finely grated
1/4 – 1/3 cup broth
salt, pepper
oil, for cooking the crepes

I like making crepes, specially when I have a good helper, like my daughter Anika.  Today we tried a new recipe - Crepes with Meat filling. =)
