Honey-cream- almond cake

DOUGH
3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon with a pile of baking soda, cream 200g, 150g (about 1 / 2 cup) honey, 2 cups flour, 1 / 2 cup 
almond

CREAM
500ml heavy cream 2 / 3 ~ 1 can condensed milk boiled


Instructions

1. Mix Eggs with sugar and baking soda. Stir in sour cream and honey.
 

2. Add the flour and coarsely chopped almonds, stir.

3. Pour batter into cake form and bake. If the form is less than 26cm in diameter, then bake two cakes.
 
4. Baking temperature t = 420 F.


5. Cake (or cakes) cool it, cut into two parts and add cream.

Russian "Borsh" Recipe

 Ingredients

7 cups chicken broth
4 medium size potatoes
2 cups shredded cabbage
  2-3 bay leaves 

1 tablespoon sea salt
  
6 tablespoons olive oil
½ large onion, sliced

2 medium carrots, chopped
  
1 small bell pepper, sliced
½ cups grated beets
  
1 (one) 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  
Mrs. Dash or favorite seasoning to taste
2-3 tablespoons chopped green onion
  
2-3 tablespoons chopped dill

Russian "Sweet Sausage" Biscuits recipe

Ingredients

400g (2 packs), biscuits 
1 / 2 cans of condensed milk  
100g butter
50g of walnuts (if possible)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Steps 
1. Crumble the biscuits
2. Put the softened butter, crushed nuts, condensed milk (or custard), cocoa and mix well using hands.
3. Put paste on plastic wrap, wrap and twist ends.
4. Put in refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
To serve, cut into slices.

"Spartak" russian cake recipe =)


Ingredients

1 egg
1 cup of sugar
1 cube butter (about 1/2 cup)
7 tbsp warm milk
1 tsp baking soda mixed in vinegar 
4.5 tbsp cocoa (optional)
2.5 cups flour

cream
 1 can concentrated milk
1 cup butter = 2 butter cubes, room temperature
1 pack cream cheese
8 oz. whip cream

Dough

1. Mix one egg with sugar and butter.
2. Add milk and baking soda and cocoa. Mix.
3. Add flour while mixing.
4. Put in refrigerator for 30 min.
5. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
6. Make tin layers, using a square plate cut the shape out.
7. Put it in the oven for 1-2 min.

1.. Mix all the ingredients until the cream is thick.



P.S = a dough should not stick to your fingers, if it does add some flour.

Baked potato soup with cream cheese and carrot!!! =)

 Ingrediets:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 4 small-medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 slices of thick cut bacon, chopped into 1/2″ pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small carrot
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • chicken stock
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • chives, chopped

Directions:


1. Cut the bacon into 1/2″ pieces.


2. Cook the bacon over medium high heat until the bacon is cooked.

3. Remove the bacon from the pot.



4. Remove the bacon fat from the pot leaving only 2 table spoon of bacon fat, add the onions, cooking until soft.
5. Add the garlic and cook for another minute while stirring until fragrant.

6. Add the potatoes to the pot and stir around to get a bit of bacon fat on the potatoes.
7. Add enough chicken stock to the pot to cover the potatoes, and turn up the heat to bring to a boil.

8. Add one carrot, cook until its soft.

 9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
11. Puree about 2/3 of the soup using blender, leaving some chunks of potato in the soup.


12. While blending, add the cream cheese into the soup.
13. Add the bacon back to the soup, along with the chives.
